app-office/impressive: Drop the completely broken stable version

Remove the old version that is broken for over a year. This version blocks dev-python/pillow >= 3 while the last version older than that was removed 1 Jan 2017. Given there were no bug reported about this uninstallable package for over a year, just drop the package altogether to ~arch.
