Adds a
preferredStrategyoption to the plugin which allows authors to specify that pseudoelement scrollbars should be used wherever possible, and standards-trackscrollbar-widthandscrollbar-heightshould only be used when the browser (i.e. Firefox) doesn't support pseudoelements.Should resolve #91.
