About Me

Hello! I'm Ana Fernández Minguela, an experienced Project Manager and UX Designer with over 20 years in the technology and media industries. I have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, implementing Agile methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Scrum), and designing user-centric digital products. I am committed to delivering innovative and efficient solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

My Favourite Projects

  • Task Manager ([https://github.com/afminguela/Proyecto_Tareas]): a Simple task manager, close to reality and centered on UX. Made with Js and a fakeRestAPI with JsonServer.
  • ReceKĂ© ([https://github.com/afminguela/receke-deploy]): TFM of the Frontend Dev certificate done to deploy at Vercel. This project was developed in collab with others students, I developed PM functions also web deployment, Git Merging, Pinia deploy and Wireframing with Figma.
