ECMCqPCR

This package allows R analysis of qPCR. This was specifically written to support our upcoming paper.

Installation

Use the devtools package for simple installation directly from from Github:

# Install devtools from CRAN (if necessary):
install.packages("devtools")

# Use devtools to install marginLines:
devtools::install_github("alastair-droop/ECMCqPCR")
