Refactors ProfileScraper#scrape

Instead of making get_profile_data a large method, make #scrape the controlling method, and break
everything out into scraper methods.  get_profile_data has been split into retrieve_data for
pre-scraping, and get_profile_data for data scraping of general profile information.
