We already had superior figures in the regular text font; however, the OpenType sups feature (needed by realscripts, for example) was not present. Therefore, I've added that.
I also updated all the copyright notices and unified them (so now there is one updated and unified notice for the whole family).
I bumped the version to 1.201, although as you're the maintainer feel free to change that. (I think that these changes are minor enough fixes to be release-ready already, and I hope you agree.)
