Cosmere Maps

A Webapp built to provide a clear visual for the various journeys characters take in Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere books. As of November 2022, three Cosmere series have data included for them, with more coming in the future. You can view the currently deployed site @ https://cosmeremaps.com/

Dev Requirements

Make sure you have the following tools installed on your system:

1. node 14+ & npm 6+: https://nodejs.org/en/

Get Started

Once you have cloned this project to your machine, navigate to the project directory in your terminal, and then run the following scripts to install the required node modules and run the app virtually:

1. npm install
2. npm start

The seconde script will automatically start the local web server and you will be able to view the app at localhost:3000

Available Scripts

In the project directory, you can run:

npm start

Runs the webapp in the default development mode and opens it in a web browser.

npm test

Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode, and will output results in your terminal.

npm run build

Builds a production ready bundle for the app. Useful for seeing exactly how the webapp is served to end users.

This app is ready to be deployed!
