2084: bump milli r=Kerollmops a=irevoire

- Fix https://github.com/meilisearch/MeiliSearch/issues/2082 by updating milli dependency
- Fix Clippy error
- Change the MeiliSearch version in the cargo.toml to anticipate the coming release (v0.25.2)
