Build Instructions

Make sure to have OpenCV with DNN features installed and Configured in VS2022


Usage
-----

With the console opened:

C:\> cd LicPlateReader\x64\Release
C:\LicPlateReader\x64\Release> LicPlateReader.exe image.jpg
