• Lead effort to migrate from MS SQL Server to Cassandra for cost reduction of $100k per year.
• Lead developer to design and develop a solution to execute commands and scripts on customer devices that allowed Rackers to execute kernel patches, security patches, and other management tasks across all devices at Rackspace reducing non-value add work.
• Collaborate with the Automation team to implement a new solution to allow Rackers to customize and design their own automation processes increasing automation events to an average of 500k per week.

Software Developer II, Rackspace (2009-2011)

• Selected as a SME for monitoring and alerting to receive training on RealOps Workflow Automation and start the automation initiative at Rackspace allowing us to automate ticketing for monitoring alerts at an average of 100k events per week.
• Implemented Monitoring event to ticket allowing monitoring administrators to work out of ticket queues rather then manually creating tickets from monitoring systems
