CAMEL-21819 Add fetch action to camel-pinecone

Description

Add fetch action to camel-pinecone and add namespace as an argument to upsert and update. Rename QUERY_NAMESPACE to NAMESPACE as it is used for the update/upsert actions and not just QUERY. QUERY_NAMESPACE was introduced yesterday so there should not be any issues with renaming it.
