Device Security Cordova Plugin

This plugin fills the use case where the mobile app should behave differently depending upon the device being secured by a PIN, password, etc. or not.

This plugin defines a global deviceSecurity object which will make known if the device is secured via a PIN, password, or pattern. Although the object is in the global scope, it is not available until after the deviceready event.
