v0.6.4, DMA working and checked with VFIO

This is the SURFv5 0.6.4 firmware, with DMA capability using the VFIO PCI driver.

There is no interrupt support yet, that's coming. Data integrity has been verified at least at the ~million event mark, so problems are extremely rare.
