Enable the input box while Goose is generating result

Please explain the motivation behind the feature request.
Currently, if Goose is generating the result, the input box is disabled.
I would suggest we can enable the input box, so that user can input draft on it. Since in many cases, after I submit the first command, I already have the followup in mind. We can keep the Enter submit shortcut disabled while Goose is still working.
This also matches the ChatGPT UX.

Enable the input box while Goose is still working, but keep the Enter key shortcut disabled.
