MATLAB 2014b compatibility

Update T-MATS to work smoothly with MATLAB 2014b.  Enable new Simulink
libraries to work for v 2014b.
Also, updated some comments on a couple blocks to be more readable and
added C ambient and C flowstart to the Thermo_Cantera library.

Remove SS options

Removed SS options from the code. These were making it more difficult to
generate code.
