* Create the user data directory at startup if needed

* Added a log file to mirror the log window's contents

* Now listening to both port 3724 (US) and 1119 (EU)
* Fixed crash after resuming from sleep
* Now polling device list once a minute to recover from errors
* Got rid of "no SYN" spam (error reported only once per connection now)
