After #27, I set about marking derivatives wrt
QDHTasNotImplementedinstead of non-differentiable, but I realized it actually wouldn't be too hard to make the rules differentiable wrtQDHT, which could be useful if one wants to optimizeR. This PR does that, as well as making a few other improvements to the rules.
