1. Remove display buffer in ntcmd/display
2. Fix backspace by implementing it in NtDisplayString
3. Reduce max number untyped in bootinfo in amd64 due to size limit
4. Enable debug info in release build
5. Fix a stupid bug in NtQueryInformationProcess where we forgot
   to map the user buffer into server address space.
6. Add readme.md
