Chronological replies and multiline comments

What does this PR do?

Posts replies in chronological order, makes a small styling tweak, and allows for multiline comments.

How do I test this PR?

1. npm run embed-start
2. The time when a comment was posted should appear on the same line as the author's name.
3. Replies should now appear in chronological rather than reverse chronological order (both when they are first posted and when the page reloads.)
4. Root level comments should still appear in reverse chronological order.
5. You should be able to post multi-line comments.
