# disturbanceBayes

The disturbanceBayes package was designed for estimating disturbance rates from TimeSync interpreted samples using Bayesian hierarchical modeling. For further information on TimeSync, please see following website: http://timesync.forestry.oregonstate.edu/.

**NOTE:** This research code is still under development. Use with caution! Please reference this git repository if you use this code.
