[Feature] Expose more attributes for databricks_connection resource

Changes

Switch to Go SDK structs for databricks_connection resource.

Resolves #4494

Tests

• make test run locally
• relevant change in docs/ folder
• covered with integration tests in internal/acceptance
• using Go SDK
• using TF Plugin Framework
