Fixed minify and fingerprint (#48)

Before minify and fingerprint was not called resulting in the stylesheet
been css/styles.css, it was not minified, not compressed, and not
fingerprinted.

remove PurgeCSS dependency

- remove hugo_stats.json
- remove obsolete explanation in the README
- and reference link

fix: color theme settings

- respect system theme setting
- add dark selector to purge safelist

added a color theme switcher

refactor: rename repo

docs: update readme, remove Netfly part

update to TailwindCSS v.3
