just a few semi important things
like bootmenu keys being displayed wrong and the discord link being wrong
but it now has SALTMODE and EIXMODE builds in the release archive!

minor improvements to splash screen
auto boot into EixMode9 if no payloads are detected
fixed boot key being displayed wrong
some other stuff...
but no build errors or warnings!
also releases are all going to be EIXMODE for now
then ill move to both EIXMODE and SALTMODE builds in releases
