Enable Individual Plugins

From version 23.52, we added "Enable Individual Plugins" Window for users to enable / disable individual plugins.

The window is accessible via menu > plugins or context menu > plugins.

Check to enable
Uncheck to disable

Enable / Disable ALL Plugins

You can enable / disable all plugins by checking / unchecking "enablePlugins" in "Config Flags Window".
