Small adjustment to the alignment commit (01a3af8).

Added compensation for the delay in the analog hardware so that
the analog and digital signals are correctly aligned.

This fixes #2 - LabTool USB Enumeration Fail on Windows 8.1.

Reported and solved by B.VERNOUX.
