With Bootify.io you can generate full-stack webapps with Spring Boot as the backend and React as a library for the frontend. It comes with webpack, DevServer and a couple of useful plugins and libraries. As create-react-app is now officially deprecated, using react-scripts also isn't recommended anymore.
