This PR aims to solve #9.
Once the PR is merged,
TaiwanHoliday.initwill fetch the first 1000 results and fetch the remaining data based on result.count in the response of first 1000 results.A new function,
requestDatais added tolib/opendata-tw.jsto support the operations.The hard-coded URLs in
OpendataTWare considered deprecated because of the new operation. Hence they are removed in this PR.
