Convert py to exe without python installed (online method)

How it works

1. Upload .py file to https://github.com/eroge69/PyToExe/tree/app
2. Convert uploaded .py to .exe using github action workflow
3. Download processed .exe as .zip file
4. Delete uploaded .py file
5. Open Download folder and extract ExeFile.zip

Wait until status : completed, it takes a bit of time...

Don't press delete .py button before status : completed
