install erlang 18 +(https://www.erlang-solutions.com/resources/download.html) install elixir 1.2+ (same url)
git clone cd Andromeda
in config/prod.secret.exs fill your application callback and secret
in cli mix phoenix_server follow the instruction to get hex and rebar.
Only work on local for now.
