bash 3.2 food-chain fix, take 2

the problem with bash 3.2 was an odd number of single quotes in the heredoc. format the tests like the bash track does it

This PR touches files which potentially affect the outcome of the tests of an exercise. This will cause all students' solutions to affected exercises to be re-tested.
