Tighten warp_26 test from r31794.

- Do not use \ line continuations - count on the gdal.Translate() parens  instead
- Do not join two string constants with "+" - just let python merge 'a' 'b' -> 'ab'

I broke the warp_26 test by using the wrong quotes in r31793:
