Windows Experimental Build

This build was made to go along with the msvc-2015 branch commit. The compiles versions of SDL and Lua files used to do the build are referenced. Its possible to build from scratch but I've referenced my versions here.

  • Included x86 and x64 binaries of the executable for testing purposes.
  • Included Windows Binary Dependencies for compiling using changes in the msvc-2015 branch
    • Unpack into root folder so WinDepend is parallel to msvc-full-features
    • Alternately edit the WINDEPEND.props file and fix paths appropriate to your builds
