moar updates and fixes

Major Update

Added binary filename feature to combat windows 10 not allowing MD5 function.
Added Force Binary Mode checkbox.
Updated variable names, label locations, and more.
Fixed some bugs involving boxes not being updated and submitted.
The USE SETTINGS <3 button should no longer be needed, replacing it with InfiniFilter soon.
Trying to fix the MakeBackground function (unique glitch splash image at startup) to work on Windows 10.

Rename clip.txt to log.txt
