…he auth_token in localstorage. Web client by default now uses the core AuthService, and builds that need the SSOAuthService need to specify this flag in the environment. Refactor environments and README to reflect these changes.

Auth Service in biosys-core no longer an abstract class - it stores the auth_token in localstorage.
