Refactored some challenges views into partials. Added a few more columns to help with automatic checking. Started automatic checking for ruby but it doesn't work for now so it is commented out.

Slight change to the layout and CSS. Started with basic user views.

Added a title helper and added titles to all the views.

Changed all views to haml.

removed obsolete layouts.

Made the challenges layout default layout and set all views to use it. Fixed a bug when a language is not selected when submitting code and have it display errors with the submission.

Changed some erbs to hamls and styled them a bit.

Added more specs. Deleted some submission view files that are not needed.

Added some specs for challenges. View specs are sparse because I got discouraged with partial stubs being broken. Changed some things to haml from erb.

Added associations for user to submissions and challenges. Actually removed the _user_bar.html.erb because it got converted to haml.

Reworked the mail situation to allow it to use stmp or sendmail based on the configuration.

Translated the user bar to haml and added it to the challenges layout.

Committing some missed adds.

Added Restful Authentication and Role Requirements with a default admin user with an admin role.
