Inspired by CobGyms mod (Kudos Gensir017)

Introduces datapack driven gyms for players based on RCT Api. This release contains:

• 18 new world structures, every structure is related to specific pokemon element.
• 1 new interior structure
• 1 new item: Gym Key, which allows players to spawn a random gym instance with ability to select gym level through GUI
• 2 special blocks: Gym Entrance, with similar functionality as Gym Key, and Gym Exit
• Randomly generated pokemon teams for each trainer based on gym type (element gyms only)
• Ability to add new gyms through datapacks, with customizable teams.
