很多公司的招聘要求上说明工作时间弹性安排，听上去以为还行，实际上是需要经常加班，甚至会出现要熬到半夜的情况。伴随就业形势也越来越严峻，部分年轻人向往大城市的生活，只好接受企业的无理由加班。现在的加班现象很常见，但也成为很多人夸耀的对象。长期加班的危害，大家都清楚，不但影响自己的办事效率，还会对自己的健康不利，神经衰弱，严重地还会猝死。
