RELEASE NOTES

Allows installation under a server directory and not only as a domain or subdomain
Fixes a bug that affected soft deletes of fields that have unique indexes in columns other than the primary key index one
There is no plan to update CodeIgniter to a newer version. Current CI version is 2.1.4
Database driver is now mysqli
Fixes PHP 7.2 warnings
