- Ensure proper version of gradle-api used for building build-logic after changed to apply plugin. This is critical to keeping the benchmarks project syncing and building. - Exclude declarative-gradle inner checkout (for rapid prototyping/testing). - Increase heap size to avoid memory failures. - Remove explicit version of plugins applied transitively by D-G prototype. - Use latest version of Gradle.
