Results being differentiated on desktop

Things to improve:

  • Selection arrow icon overlapping result type icon
  • No differentiation between search result types is a bit confusing. 1st screenshot shows eosio twice, once for the account and once for the contract. 2nd screenshot shows how on Desktop there are descriptions that differentiate the results.
