-Replaced basis image debian with an alpine image (Image is now ~21MB versus ~190MB previously) -Removed MQTT server from the container -MQTT settings integrated in docker/docker-entrypoint.sh (Mandatory configuration of those settings) -README.md adjustment in consequence

As discussed in PR#10 the image is now based on Alpine Linux (21MB versus 190MB 👍 )
The MQTT server is not installed in the container anymore and an external MQTT server is required (typically the home-assistant integrated broker, but could be any). Configuration takes place in docker/docker-entrypoint.sh
