Description of files:

  • Noise filter calculations for Figs 2 and 3.nb: Mathematica notebook containing calculations relating to the noise filter analysis of the microRNA network.
  • fig2, fig3: Directories containing the data generated by the above notebook.
  • Plotting routines for Figs 2 and 3.ipynb: Jupyter notebook to generate Figures 2 and 3 using Python matplotlib.
  • KD analysis/MiRNA KD analysis.nb: Mathematica notebook for the dissociation constant analysis (Fig. S2)
  • KD analysis/miR_Family_Info.txt: Seed sequences from TargetScanHuman database v.7.1 (https://www.targetscan.org/vert_71/)
