Call center management system is a managed capability that can be centralised or remote it is used for receiving or transmitting a large volume of enquiries by texting, this project can be used for the both side client & agent side to handle the messages and issues. An inbound call centr is operated by a company to administer incoming product or service support or information enquiries from consumers.
