1. Follow Step 1-3 on the BiNGO Tutorial (http://www.psb.ugent.be/cbd/papers/BiNGO/Tutorial.html)

2. Verify that the values match up with the output columns by comparing with the output dialog.

3. Repeat with the following setting changes:

• No multiple testing correction
• All categories visualized

These trigger the case in which a tab was missing.

Save Dialog

On Windows, Mac, Linux:

1. Follow the BiNGO tutorial to the point of selecting a directory to save to.

2. Navigate to your desired folder by double-clicking on folders to open them. Single-click the desired folder when you get to it and press “Select”.

3. Repeat, but double-click the desired folder before pressing “Select”.

4. After dismissing the file selection dialog, the correct path for the selected folder should appear in the settings panel.
