Configuration on github actions / classroom

Build (must have a package.json):

npm install @bazel/bazelisk

Run (must setup XDG_CACHE_HOME):

export XDG_CACHE_HOME=. && ./node_modules/.bin/bazel build ... && ./node_modules/.bin/bazel run //:app_test
