ppc4xx: Support for ATI Radeon 9200 card on sequoia

Adds configuration option for ATI Radeon 9200 card support to sequoia config file. If CONFIG_VIDEO is enabled, TEXT_BASE should be changed to 0xFFF80000. Signed-off-by: Anatolij Gustschin <[email protected]>
