feat: update pretty much all components according to new designs #95

Changelog include:

Remove the sm size (40px) and make it md.
Completely remove 48px overall
Make pretty much all components 40px height instead of 48px now.
Font-size reduced by one pretty much everywhere (caption 2 -> caption 3, h4 -> h5, text-body-2 -> text-body-3)
new "featured" variant for the tag

This is an overview of what I got from the design team, so I went over all the existing components and updated them
