Bugfix: methods of *ie.IE that return string values

Support multiple IEs with the same type in a message, etc.

Multiple IE support(wmnsk#46) and some minor updates.

Improvements on IE handling and custom logger implementation

Add sequence number in Node-related messages and fix some bugs.

Initial release: all the messages/IEs are now available.
