MIDIMuse and midimon

The hardware part of this poject has been superceded by SIO2MIDI (no WaveBlaster port), and MIDI XEL II (including WaveBlaster port).

The 1088XLD motherboard also contains an improved MIDIMuse.

midimon is still very useful to check connectivity and such.
