Added support for the BeagleBoardToys ULCD-Lite.
* Added ThreeFiveCorp s9700rtwv35tr-01b panel to
  panel-generic-dpi driver.
* Added TSC2007 and LCD panel to board file.

Relied heavily on the TSC2007 integration work done by
John Weber and panel timings from Roger Monk.
